It’s On The House

Your Authority Flow Session

In this 45-minute session we find out exactly where authority, responsibility, and decision-making are routing back through you — and what it would take to change that.

This is not a coaching session. It is not therapy. This is not a place to vent about your team.

This is a focused diagnostic conversation between you and someone who will tell you the truth about what she sees — and what, if anything, she can do to help.

You'll either leave with a clear picture of what needs to shift and a recommended next step, or an honest answer that this particular work isn't the right fit.

Both outcomes have value.

If some part of you already knows the change has to start closer to home — this is your next step.

Please Note:

Completing this form does not guarantee a session.

If there's a fit, you'll hear from us within 48 hours to confirm your time.

Book your Authority Flow Session. It's on the house.

Growth Is a Journey, Not a Destination

If It Ain't Broke, Don't Fix It

You Don’t Have to Fix It — You Just Have to Stay

Most of us were never learned how to stay with ourselves. We learned, instead, how to perform. How to push through. How to hustle. How to override - and overwrite - what we're experiencing on the inside.

But the truth is: staying is the work. It's not work because it's actually hard. We were born fully knowing how to stay close with ourselves. It's work because we've been practicing what we learned, which is to go away from--effectively abandon--ourselves.

Staying with your breath. Staying with your sensations. Staying with yourself—even when it’s uncomfortable, unclear, or unfamiliar.

And, unfortunately, even though this way of being in relationship with ourselves is innate, talking about it makes one sound suspiciously woo. Even though we're talking about the most fundamentally natural relationship any of us ever has.

For example, we often think we’re making choices, but much of what we think of as 'choosing' is actually little more than reaction, habit, programming.

Real choice begins with awareness.

Awareness interrupts the loop of patterned behaviors and reactions. It lets us notice the pattern instead of being consumed by it. And once we notice, we can choose differently.

That’s where your true sense of personal power lives. Not in perfection. Not in control. Not in bypassing. But in presence.

Your sense of power in your own life lies in staying kind to yourself in the moment when you'd rather bolt. It’s allowing your breath to move any sense of denseness, weightiness, anxiousness, contraction; disappointment; . It’s softening around the tension. It’s reminding ourselves, “I don’t have to fix this. I just have to stay.”

Your body is wise.

You don’t need to solve everything. It's not broken and neither are you. Neither are the people in your life. Neither are your challenging situations. There's nothing for you to figure out. What there is for you to do is show up—with curiosity, with openness, with respect.

This is how we return to a sense of wholeness. A sense of agency. A sense of connectedness.

The Moment You Notice — This is Your Return

There comes a quiet but powerful moment when you’re just doing your thing—moving through your day kinda grinding your gears or what have you—and something flickers in your awareness:

Oh. I’m not being who I want to be right now.

And then... maybe a little shame creeps in... that little voice:
“I should know better.”
“I’m off track again.”
“I thought I’d already dealt with this.”

In this moment, I'd like to offer is a different lens:
This moment of sensing that you're 'off track'?
This
is the return.
This is not failure—it’s contact.

It’s one pristine moment of waking up to a pattern.

Noticing is not regression. It is awakening
Noticing patterns that are incongruent with what we truly value is how we come back online.
It’s how we come home to ourselves.

It’s in moments like these, when the truth of you shows itself and reminds you of what matters to you. “I’m still here.”

Even if you can’t change anything right away—maybe your nervous system isn’t ready, maybe the momentum of the habit is strong—your witnessing is enough.

You’re present. You’re aware. You’re in relationship with what’s true.

And that’s everything.

You begin again, with the next breath.
You soften around the moment.
You choose to stay, just a little longer.

Healing isn’t some polished finish line.
It’s breath by breath.
And this—this moment of noticing—is the work.

Bless it.
